New Server!

Welcome to my freshly hosted blog!  I know I've been remiss in updating this blog with recipes, stretches and massage therapy research, but now with my lightning-fast new server, it'll be easier than ever.  

Please feel free to leave comments in any entry, requesting a stretch, or just asking a general question.  I'm always happy to hear from you!

 I'll add a new stretch entry this week - hope to speak to you here or see you in my Westport office!
